YOUR ALLOCATED TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO RETRIEVE VIA THIS BOOKING CODE AFTER MIDNIGHT, TBA .
This year, appointments with your son’s /daughter’s teachers will be made on-line. The booking website can be accessed by clicking on the URL address www.edval.com.au/book or typing in the address via Google.
A letter will be mailed out to all Year 7 & Year 8 parents during the School holidays giving you a login code (this is your own personal login code) and is required to access the booking system.
Do you need an Interpreter?
Where possible the College will attempt to organise an Interpreter. If you would like the College to arrange an Interpreter please phone the College between Monday, 5 March and Friday 8 March 2012 between 9.00am & 3.00pm. Alternatively you can organise your own interpreter for this meeting.

1. Type in your individualised booking code that is mentioned in your letter.
2. Type in your available times. (Increasing your availability will increase your chance of seeing more teachers).
3. Double click or drag the teacher’s names you wish to see in priority order to the box on the right hand side.
4. Check selections then exit site.
5. You can change your availability times and teacher selections or priorities up to the advertised closing date.
6. Your allocated times will be available for you to retrieve via this booking code after the closing date.
7. Some teachers may request an interview with you. It is advised that parents accept these interviews as a priority.
8. If you are unsure of what to do, click the short video presentation which clearly explains how to make your bookings.
If you do not have access to a computer, please ask your son or daughter to obtain a form from Mr or Mr Reardon. Please complete your form and return it to them. You will be advised of the appointment times allocated to you via a letter.
